1. After shampooing hair, squeeze excess water out.
<br>2. Apply a liberal amount of conditioner on the mids to the ends of the hair.
<br>3. Massage in to ensure even distribution.
<br>4. Let conditioner sit for 5 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
