Intensive hydration for dry, dehydrated, fatigued skin with a cooling effect to de-puff and calm skin. Formulated with Mediheal's WaterActive complex and liposome delivery system for optimal results. Included with long skinny tweezers to grab pads one by one ensuring that the formula stays clean and dirt-free. This toner pad can be used as a wipe-to-tone and wear-to-treat. To treat desired areas, simply place a pad and leave for 10~20 minutes.
