Returns & Exchanges

Twenties Beauty strives to be as eco-conscious as possible. Since we are not able to resell used and opened products, we cannot refund items that have been used. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

 

U.S. Domestic Orders

 

  1. Please note that all items purchased on SALE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded online regardless of purchase date.

  2. Returns of non-sale items must be made within 14 days of your order date.

  3. Products must be new, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.

  4. Any open and used items (including lightly used) are not eligible for refund.

  5. We do not offer exchanges at this time. You can simply return the item and place a new order.

  6. If you find your package is lost or a product missing from your order upon receiving it, please contact us at support@20sbeauty.com immediately with your order number/invoice, and a picture of the products received.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@20sbeauty.com. To make the return process as smooth as possible, please note your order number in the subject line along with the products you wish to return. If it’s accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Please note that you will be responsible for costs associated with returning your order.

 

Refunds

 

We will refund your order once we receive your package and inspect the returned products. If approved, we will notify you in a follow up email and automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please also note that we do not refund shipping fees for returns and cancelled orders post-shipment.  

 

Cancellations

 

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We accept cancellation requests if the order has not yet been shipped out. We encourage you to reach out to us at support@20sbeauty.com as soon as possible so that we can process your request before the shipment. Our dedicated customer service team is always available to assist you with any queries or concerns you may have regarding your order.

 

Damaged Items

 

Please inspect your order upon receiving, and contact us immediately if you notice the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Damaged products are often due to rough handling in transit and shipping carriers can cover the losses with sufficient evidence. 

If you wish to receive a refund for the damaged products, you can file a damaged package claim with the delivery service. If you wish to receive a replacement / your missing product, notify us at support@20sbeauty.com with your order number, a description of the damaged/missing products and a picture of the products whenever applicable.

  

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, opened items, and items packaged in aerosol cans.
