I liked the consistency of the product. Although when i did a swatch test i found out it was the wrong shade. After getting into contact with customer service, i was assured that there was no return policy and the only way for me to get the right shade would be to buy another. I feel like you tend to see the difference after about a half hour. I use it pretty regularly, especially first thing in the morning. It's very lightweight and I'm noticing it helps with the puffiness under my eyes.
