Historically, women of the Joseon Dynasty used red bean and mung bean to cleanse their faces. This powerful ingredient aids in sebum absorption and promotes skin health and elasticity through the saponin found in red bean peel. The Red Bean Water Gel is enriched with three types of peptides (SH-Oligopeptide-1, SH-Oligopeptide-2, and SH-Polypeptide-1) to support skin health by maintaining the proper levels of growth factors, which naturally decrease with age. As skin matures, it often loses moisture and oil, leading to wrinkles and an overproduction of sebum, which can cause inflammation. Balancing the skin's oil-water ratio is crucial for maintaining its health and vitality.
