1. Start by wetting hair thoroughly with water.
2. Lather the Monheur Shampoo in hands well and massage into the scalp.
3. Rinse and repeat once more for best results.
4. Apply the Monheur Hair Pack and massage into the hair.
5. Leave the hair pack in for 5~10 minutes and rinse well.
6. After rinsing the skin, lather the Milk Body Wash with the hands, washcloth, or loofah.
7. Massage the body and rinse the skin.
8. After drying, apply the Milk Body Lotion as needed to desired areas.
