We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We submit refunds to your bank immediately, but it may take some time before it's properly reflected on your account since the processing time can vary among banks. We kindly ask our customers to wait at least 5-10 business days for the refund to show on their accounts.

We are so sorry that your item(s) arrived in less-than-perfect condition! We want you to have the best experience possible, so if your item arrives damaged or missing please email customer service to return or request a replacement.

Report the claim to us within 7 days of delivery. Please be sure to upload pictures showing the broken or defective piece(s). In the case of a missing piece(s), please reference the piece(s) missing in your message and include pictures showing the pieces you did receive. Each situation is reviewed and you will be contacted if any support is able to be offered.

To avoid delays in shipping your order, we process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only guarantee cancellations 1 hour from when the order was placed. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@20sbeauty.com as soon as possible and include the following:

In the subject line, put "Cancellation" and include your order number in the email which begins with order number.

Unfortunately, if your cancellation request is submitted past 9 AM PST, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

You can change your shipping address as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 1 hour of placing your order.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Below are our available shipping methods and rates. For the most accurate and up to date tracking information, please refer to your order confirmation and shipping notification sent via email or SMS. All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS or UPS.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

Standard Shipping (5 to 8 Business Days)

Orders $0 to $49.99: $8.99
Orders $50 and over: FREE

Express Shipping (1 to 2 Business Days)

Orders $0 and over: $12.99

Twenties Beauty offers 5 to 8 business day standard shipping on all merchandise orders. Orders of $50 or more, before taxes, qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 will incur an $8.99 standard shipping fee. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination, and weekend delivery may occur in select areas.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

If our shipping availability expands in the future, updates will be shared on our website.

All orders require 1-2 business days for fulfillment before shipping out regardless of shipping method. Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Yes. We ship to PO boxes as well as APO and FPO addresses. Orders are sent exclusively via USPS or UPS, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier processing.

Once your order is placed, our team promptly processes and ships it within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days via USPS or UPS. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
