1. After cleansing, pat face dry.
2. Saturate a cotton pad with the toner and gently swipe across the face, starting from the center and outwards.
3. This toner can also be applied with dispensing into the palms and patting into the skin.
4. Follow with serum or moisturizer. Use both AM and PM.
