1. Start with a clean face and apply a facial oil or serum for smooth gliding.
<br>2. Hold the gua sha tool at a 15-45 degree angle against your skin.
<br>3. Gently scrape upward from the neck to the jawline 5-10 times.
<br>4. Continue with outward strokes on the jawline, cheeks, and gentle under-eye massages.
<br>5. Address the brow and forehead with upward and horizontal strokes.
<br>6. Conclude by gently scraping the neck upwards towards the jawline.
<br>7. Clean the gua sha tool after use and store it in the refrigerator for a refreshing touch.
