1. Start with a clean face and apply a facial oil or serum for smooth gliding.
2. Hold the gua sha tool at a 15-45 degree angle against your skin.
3. Gently scrape upward from the neck to the jawline 5-10 times.
4. Continue with outward strokes on the jawline, cheeks, and gentle under-eye massages.
5. Address the brow and forehead with upward and horizontal strokes.
6. Conclude by gently scraping the neck upwards towards the jawline.
7. Clean the gua sha tool after use and store it in the refrigerator for a refreshing touch.
