1. Wash feet and dry.
2. Remove foot masks from packaging, tearing along the perforation to separate.
3. Insert one foot into each mask as marked.
4. Using the sticker, fasten the masks to fit your ankles.
5. Massage feet with masks on.
6. Remove masks after 20~30 minutes.
7. Massage any remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.
