1. Wash feet and dry.
<br>2. Remove foot masks from packaging, tearing along the perforation to separate.
<br>3. Insert one foot into each mask as marked.
<br>4. Using the sticker, fasten the masks to fit your ankles.
<br>5. Massage feet with masks on.
<br>6. Remove masks after 20~30 minutes.
<br>7. Massage any remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.
