1. After shampooing hair, squeeze excess water out.
2. Apply a liberal amount of the treatment on the mids to the ends of the hair. If applying to the scalp, gently massage the treatment directly onto the scalp for optimal absorption and benefits.
3. Massage in to ensure even distribution.
4. Let treatment sit for 10~15 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
