1. After cleansing the face, apply an adequate amount of water on the nose area. (Do not apply water on the nose pack directly, the adhesion will decrease)
2. Remove the clear film on the sheet and start applying from the center of the nose with the clear side attaching to the nose.
3. Wait until the nose pack is completely dried. (15~20 minutes)
4. After it's completely dried, remove slowly starting with the edges.
5. Wipe away the residue with a lightly moistened pad or water.
