1. Wet hair thoroughly with water.
<br>2. Lather shampoo in hands well and massage into the scalp.
<br>3. Rinse out shampoo.
<br>4. Repeat once more for best results.
<br>5. Pump an adequate amount of treatment onto the palms.
<br>6. Apply from the ears and down.
<br>7. Massage into the hair and let it sit for about 2~3 minutes.
<br>8. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
<br>9. Massage the body wash into the skin and rinse with lukewarm water.
