1. Wet hair thoroughly with water.
2. Lather shampoo in hands well and massage into the scalp.
3. Rinse out shampoo.
4. Repeat once more for best results.
5. Pump an adequate amount of treatment onto the palms.
6. Apply from the ears and down.
7. Massage into the hair and let it sit for about 2~3 minutes.
8. Rinse well with lukewarm water.
9. Massage the body wash into the skin and rinse with lukewarm water.
