1. After shampooing hair, squeeze excess water out.
2. Apply a liberal amount of the pack on the mids to the ends of the hair. If applying to the scalp, gently massage the pack directly onto the scalp for optimal absorption and benefits.

4. Let pack sit for 10~15 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
