1. Wet hair thoroughly with water.
2. Lather shampoo in hands well and massage into the scalp.
3. Rinse out shampoo and repeat once more for best results.
4. Squeeze out excess water from hair.
5. Pump an adequate amount of treatment onto the palms.
6. Apply a liberal amount of the treatment on the mids to the ends of the hair. If applying to the scalp, gently massage the treatment directly onto the scalp for optimal absorption and benefits.
7. Massage in to ensure even distribution.
